Armstrong Arrows teams are proud members of the Pittsburgh Amateur Hockey League (PAHL) and field teams from Squirt 10U level on up through midget age players 18U. These teams are for both boys and girls.

10U Squirt - Players who turn 9 & 10 years old this calendar year.
12U PeeWee - Players who turn 11 & 12 years old this calendar year.
14U Bantam - Players who turn 13 & 14 years old this calendar year.
16 / 18U Midget - Players who turn 15 to 18 years old this calendar year. (Depending on turnout at tryouts, team may be 16U only or 18U only).
- Tryouts will be in April.
- Some teams get together occasionally over the summer at the coaching staff discretion.
- Ice practice and games to start in August and run through mid March.

Arrows player uniforms consist of home / away jerseys, socks, and shell . Each player will be required and responsible for the purchase and care of their Arrows uniform. Costs associated with their uniform are not included in the season fee. Please see policies for more information.
All payments will be made online through the online registration via a scheduled payment schedule. A pay in full option will be available as well as a payment plan option. The league may choose to do mandatory fundraising during the season to ensure that adequate operating funds are available. The opportunity for additional individual fundraising credit to offset individual player fees may also be available. If registering before April 4, 2023, your USA Hockey confirmation number will not be required to complete the online registration. Your 2023-2024 USA Hockey confirmation number will be required before tryouts. Either bring a paper copy to tryouts to turn in at sign in, or alternately, the option to upload it to your AAHL registration will be available.
If registering after April 4, 2023, your USA Hockey confirmation number for the 2023- 2024 season will be required to complete the online registration.
AAHL reserves the right to hold supplemental tryouts to fill any & all open roster positions post open tryouts.
AAHL will adhere to all policies of USA Hockey and Mid Am in regards to tryout dates.
PAHL Team Placement:
AAHL will make a placement recommendation, but the PAHL determines the final placement of ALL teams in the league. AAHL cannot guarantee the level of play for any team playing in PAHL.
