 19U Girls Apparel Fundraiser!!!

 

PIES

 

Our first fundraiser of the season is the Thanksgiving Pie Sale! I have attached the order forms.

Pie sale profits go into your individual account to pay for your hockey fees for the year. Profit is different for each kind of pie but all are 30% or more.

Orders are due on Monday Oct. 30th. Money is due with orders. Please be sure all forms have totals added up, i.e. total each type of pie and the total money for each order. Forms and money can be put in the payment box by the kitchen. All checks should be made payable to AAHL. Pies are scheduled to be delivered to the rink Monday Nov. 13th. You must pick up pies by 7:30 PM. Pies are frozen and we do not have anywhere to store pies that are not picked up.

There are a couple of changes this year. The cream pies are only 8″ instead of 9″ but they are $1 cheaper. Also there is no longer banana cream.

Use this list to fundraise money towards your account. You write a list using the amount you want

to purchase in a gift card:

Ex: Giant Eagle 2 x $100.00 = $200.00

Barnes and Nobles 4 x $25.00 = $100.00

Check or cash to AAHL in amount of $300.00

Place this handwritten/typed order with your email and phone/cell number and payment in the

Belmont Payment locked box, located in the corner by the kitchen. Also email me at

[email protected] so I know the order is there. I will contact you once I place the order to

let you know when they will be arriving.

You in return will receive gift cards in $200 for Giant Eagle, $100 for Barnes and Nobles as well as

a percentage of each card in your hockey account.

Hotels, Airfares, Disney as well as other items are on this list…make it work for you.

You can place an order 2 times a month (If large amount and needed different time email me the

info).

Once I place the orders they take a few days and I meet you at the rink. They must be signed

for…if you cannot be there; you need to send someone in your place, letting me know who it will be

please.

Each team may do independent fund raising for that team; however, it is required that each team consult with the Fund Raising Chairperson, Marcia Tutak  to make sure there are no conflicts before starting any team fund raising.

• Each team will decide whether to do any individual team fund raising and may do several or no types of Fund Raising.

• No team may do any Team Fund Raising which will conflict with Association Fund Raising or any other Team Fund Raising. In order to keep this from happening, all Team Fund Raising must be approved by the Fund Raising coordinator who will keep track of what types of Fund Raising is being done by individual teams and when that Fund Raising is being done.

• No member may be forced to participate in any Team Fund Raising if they choose not to be involved. However, it should be recognized that some types of Fund Raising may be more successful if all members participate.
